Golf 2025 Section 300TSIR-Line
The 2025 Golf 300TSI R-Line's exterior builds on the classic hatchback styling with an R-Line-exclusive sports package that enhances its visual impact. Its most striking features are the fang-like honeycomb grille and exaggerated air ducts on both sides. Combined with the flattened air intakes and through-type daytime running lights, the front of the car appears wider and more aggressive. It also features exclusive side skirts and 17-inch two-tone wheels. The rear bumper features a hidden exhaust system and smoked mesh trim, giving the overall design a more concise and modern feel.
The car's biggest upgrade is its new Volkswagen 1.5T Evo2 turbocharged engine, boasting a maximum power of 118kW (160 horsepower) and a peak torque of 250N·m. While maintaining power, the WLTC combined fuel consumption is controlled at 5.56L/100km, taking fuel economy into account. Paired with a 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission, the official 0-100km/h acceleration time is 8.5 seconds. The chassis features a front McPherson and rear multi-link independent suspension, tuned for a solid and stable ride.
The regular trunk volume is 368 liters, and the rear seats can be folded down proportionally, expanding to 1237 liters. The body dimensions are 4289/1788/1479mm, with a wheelbase of 2631mm. The rear legroom and headroom are adequate, but the rear center floor is raised, which affects the comfort of the middle passenger when fully occupied. The front sports seats are well-supported and provide excellent support, making long-distance driving less tiring.
It is equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 12.9-inch floating central control screen. The car system has been upgraded to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and introduced the AI-powered iFlytek voice solution. The R-Line's exclusive leather perforated steering wheel and leather perforated seats (supporting ventilation/heating functions) enhance comfort.
